I've got VDO in my car. Ordered it from Summit Racing. +1 I'm another happy VDO user. Got the 30vac - 25psi Turbo gauge in 2 of my cars & they have worked perfectly for years now. I'm one of the folks who had problems with recently manufactured (2004+) Autometer boost gauges not zeroing out - b...

I can throw in a TMIC from a Twin Turbo Legacy for FREE, the buyer will just have to pay shipping costs. A "y" from a 02-05 WRX TMIC will convert the TT TMIC into a single turbo set-up. So the total will be $515 + shipping costs for a complete 16G, a Jecs MAF, 440 injectors, fresh 90* inle...

Glad to see you got a Rust Free Legacy to wrench on!

Color is not too bad & will probably look really nice with your rims painted / powercoated bronze....

3 Position switches have just that - 3 positions p1-off-p2 (? if some are off - p1 - p2), while 2 position switches have 2 positions/choices off - on.

Had a fun day today & cracked open a EJ20H Freebie block I got from a friend + a blown EJ20G block for another friend & the pistons look to be the SAME on both blocks!

The exhaust ports on the EJ20H are SMALLER than WRX EJ20G e-ports - did not really compare intake ports but I should have...

EJ20G's are cheap & share most of the wiring with SS's.

I read that the combustion chambers of EJ20Gs & EJ20Ks are the same & I always hear that EJ20K's & EJ20H's are the same basic head so I'm confused as heck right now... I was thinking a CR of about 9.5:1 but have never compared the EJ20H & EJ20G heads to each-other side by side.... I'...

I think making one from a stock DP flange or using a stock SS DP is the most economical option.

Why that over the 2.2?? Bigger than 2.0 and 2.0 open deck instead of closed,no? These are spare parts in the garage that I'm playing with, but the 9:1ish compression ratio will help make up what is lost in displacement @ a given boost level on this set-up. BUT To be Honest with you I yanked the ej2...

Cool those will be easy to find.
I was hoping I would not need to hunt down some gaskets that are impossible to find.

EJ20G block / ej22t head hybird ?

I know the EJ20G block / ej22t head hybird is supposed to give a fairly boost friendly Compression Ratio of about a 9:1, but what head gaskets are used in this franken-motor?

HP increase will depend on boost level & set-up, but I have held a steady 20psi with NO taper on my '94 EJ20G'd Legacy Turbo.

CFM on these is between 505-520CFM vs 300ish (?) CFM for a VF11 both flow levels @ 1 bar (14.5ish psi).

Well you could always adapt the VF11 actuator to work on another turbo (some bracket-making + cutting / welding my be needed).

I'm wondering how the stock system would work with the turbos with the 8-9psi wastegate... Because I the stock solenoid opens and closes based on what the MAP reads. but I'm not sure... I'll test it when i get my vf41 (yes... you heard vf41). From what I understand it tries to maintain the 8.7 psi ...

Dual Stage Boost Controller with 2 USER Selectable Levels!

So, after installing my IC, vf10 and 440cc injectors I found myself driving around town... a little fast... and maybe... always in boost lol... at about 15lbs, that, uh... DRINKS gas. So I wanted to create somthign that would let me switch between Low Boost and High Boost whenever I wanted. Someone...

I count 6 connectors that will be pressurized in the tiny bit of engine bay I can see.
