I'm a little confused as to why the GD WRX track width will matter for springs and struts? They're a straight suspension piece and the lower mounting brackets are identical. I ran Bugeye wagon GR-2 struts and H&R sport springs on my wagon with stock BC rear top hats and WRX fronts, 16" WRX ...

It doesn't look like that set comes with bearing plates/top hats/ spring mounts. The GC Impreza stuff will fit fine except for the top mount in the front. Unfortunately, I think your only option is to find a used one. Whether from a self service wrecking yard or from some other place like LKQ or off eBay.
