Make a tool for it. Cut a notch in the tip of a screwdriver. Or get a long rod, notch the end, and bend into an "L" shape. Tap the inside of the L with a mallet.

Re: S.O.S Leggy Gurus Any ideas

If you want to get the defrost switch working again, you'll probably need to replace the bulb in it. That bulb acts in series with the circuit to keep the switch on, triggering the relay. You can get new bulbs at Radioshack.

Bug eye WRX rear knuckles will bolt on. However, the design is slightly different, so suspension geometry might be altered a little bit.

Inspiring project! I'm curious to see what other parts you reintroduce to the BC.

I have one. It makes noise in 1st, so I'd check out the internals before installing it. PM me if you're interested.

Re: RS transmission

I'll be easier to use the clutch set-up meant for the RS. You can keep your SS master cylinder, as both should be 5/8" bore. But, you might be able to find an RS master and slave combo deal on ebay, and then both will be new. Also a good time to get a stainless clutch line.

There are a few colors that look similar to that in photos. If you post the color code from the VIN plate it might help.

Re: 91-94 Sedan Carbon Fiber Sunroof, Now With Picture of Pa

I got my part this week. Overall it's great! I've looked at the engine bay of a Ferrari Enzo, and this part is better quality than most of that thing (ripples in the weave, voids, etc). The clear coat gives it depth, and makes a nice effect as you move around it. There are some minor surface imperfe...

That is neat trick! I wonder how often the cam gears get melted during welding, seems like it didn't need that much wire.

Re: Questions on a headgasket...

Take off the timing belt before you start messing with the head bolts. For the head bolts use a socket with the correct number of points, a breaker bar and a mallet. Also mind the order you loosen them in.
