Safer to get it from somewhere else which is tied into the ignition ACC switch position circuit.

The latest version of revscan (v1.1) can check and reset codes. Expand ECU -> Error Codes. Give it a few seconds to query all of the stored codes. Then you can right click on each code and clear it. I've successfully used EvoScan 2.7 with a LC-1 wideband for data logging.... must be a software config issue.

As Josh stated, the most you want to log at any time is ~4 parameters, otherwise there won't be enough resolution to analyze.
