No, I'm sure it's comming in where the roof moulding goes in behind the the door seal groove. I will probably just pull the moulding adn put sealant along the rain gutter to try to seal where ever the water is seeping thru.

I got the sunroof sealed, but now I am fighting a leak that is coming in behind the drivers door seal. It appears to be coming thru just about where the roofline trim turns into the winshield trim.
