I also have some parts not listed that are on reserve locally. If they don't come through on purchasing them by Monday, then I'll be posting them up for sale.

GARAGE SALE (Various Parts)
My wife just finalized our divorce after 13 yrs of marriage and I need to move all my stuff out of the garage this weekend. Tomorrow evening I'm going to be gathering up all my extra parts and putting them up for sale on here and possibly NASIOC for quick sale. A brief list of parts I can remember o...

Re: Chip for stock ECU!
You have my interest with the EJ20G computer modded...please someone PM me more info on this. Thanks! I'm likely just gonna utilize the TurboXS Dtec fuel controller I have in the mean time, the only draw back is no adjustment of timing what so ever. At least I'd be able to monitor IDC and log...

Re: Chip for stock ECU!
There are a hand full of members running the 440cc JDM injectors on the stock MAF & ECU. It runs rich but supports higher HP. The problem is the factory computer cannot scale them back into the 370cc range that the factory injectors are at. Besides, you are going to typically run into fuel cut b...

Re: Chip for stock ECU!
Unless you go with a full stand alone system (ex: Hydra), that won't be easily accomplished. I do understand your point fully though. PP6 is not worth it, Dtec does nothing with timing, and so on. This is why the user tunable chip would have been worth every penny spent to own it. :( Owning an OBD-I...

After reading through his build thread, I was absolutely convinced that the AEM unit is the way to go. The chip would have been nice to avoid the wiring involved with the F/IC. At this point, I'm willing to head down that road to get my car finished & tuned.

Re: Can I still post here? - 98 2.5GT
Nice build up Jamal! Sorry to see the curse of the 2.5 fell upon you as it does most people with the LGT. I'm so damn glad to own my SS since most of these problems do not arise as often.
BTW, the suspension components look awesome!!!

AEM Fuel/Ignition Controller...Enough said. Do a search here on the board and read through the build. You'll be convinced by the product and the price.

Re: 05' LGT wheels/tires
Couple things:
These are the 5 spoke wheels correct?
Do you have pictures to show the condition of the wheels & the tires?
Also, where are you shipping the wheels from (location)?

That's nearly my car's exact twin (color and mods). You should really get it back! Don't let it slip into the wrong hands!!!!!

I still have my fingers crossed. Support after the sale is my biggest issue with any company. If I go with AEM I know I won't be left in the dark after I spend $350.

Re: New SS: 1993 Legacy Turbo
You can use the EJ25D head studs. As for h/g's that will depend on what compression ratio you want. I believe I have the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that one of the guys put together that allows you to figure it out. It's likley buried on my external hard drive somewhere.

Stockers for now... I have EJ20G heads sitting awaiting valve train rebuild. I'll be adding Delta Cam's 272 series cams in place of the JDM WRX factory cams.

I have WRX TR Edition seats (grey/black) and I absolutely love them! They are more supportive than the seats in my buddy's '05 STi. Go figure.

Re: Chip for stock ECU!
Wow! That sucks the U/P chip will be delayed even further now. :( I was literally holding off on my build awaiting the release of this last piece to my parts puzzle. Crap... I may end up just going with the AEM F/IC instead now. I really wanted to avoid wiring in a piggy back system to the car but i...
