I've had the previous TW at Kito Auto Sport (mustang dyno). Although wouldn't call any dyno shop affordable... unless you go on a group day.

You didn't answer the previous question which will also affect if revscan can connect to the car.

is the ignition turn to the second position when you try to connect?

Re: fuel and boosting question

Plenty of threads on here stating the need for larger injectors, but very few have documented proof (aka data logging). There is a thread somewhere that even with a TD04 when it reaches max boost for the person's car, which I think was ~16 PSI, the 440cc injectors were maxed out (aka near 100% IDC)....

Re: 07 WRX TMIC & TD05H-16G installation guide

Yes, move the f-tube so it clears the turbo and intercooler. It doesn't have the stay in the same orientation as OEM -- just as long as the lines go to their correct destinations as OEM. As stated in the guide, you'll need to modify any Y-tubing you purchase to make it work with any 90* clocked turb...

f tube each person appears to do differently... although in the case of mine, it was extended off the block. Then each line from the top was routed appropriately.

It's been a while, but I seem to recall on first launch of evoscan it'll ask for your email and activation code. If this isn't working, then create a support ticket and have the developer help you figure it out.

Re: The legacy of Revtronix

with revscan, you can clear codes. You have to right click ECU. And this works w/the STOCK ECU - No Chip? I don't see why not since its just standard ODB-I commands being issued. Has someone tried and it hasn't worked? Right-clicking on ECU will reset it, which you dont always want to do as it clea...

The chips for subaru plug into the ECU's socket. The stock ECU is left intact and soldered to the board.

yes, you'll want that O2 sensor unless you like running super rich all the time. I doubt you'll pass emissions w/o one either.

Re: Key won't turn!

The key's teeth worn down a lot? Might just need a new key from code. Dealer might be able to this with your VIN, otherwise the code is stamped on the passenger lock (have to remove the panel). The SS I previously owned has your exact problem when it was purchased; a new key fixed it. If a new key d...

Re: How do I get to my spedometer cable?

That liberal coating will likely make its way up the cable and deposit itself on the back side of the cluster. Not really a big deal, just a potential mess if/when you take the cluster out. Another possible problem is that with freezing temperatures, the grease will possibly not move very well and c...
