My last T-Wagon had the same problem when I rebuilt the motor. Stripped the tensioner threads right out. Took it up to my machine shop buddy and had it helicoiled, which worked fine.

All the parts stores I went to were over $200 for my 4EAT Turbo radiator.

Went on rockauto.com and it was like $120 shipped. It's a good quality piece too, and fit perfectly. Might give them a look.

I would love to take the boost gauge and expansion tank off your hands. I just got a '92 Touring Wagon for really cheap because it has a cracked expansion tank, and I'll be wanting a boost gauge for it too.
