Can anybody tell me what size hose is used for #4 on the PCV system?

I'm assuming you're referring to #4 on this diagram?

If so, the closest size is going to be 3/4".

Are the number #8 #9 #10 #11 and #15 hoses in this diagram (http://www.surrealmirage.com/vrg3/vacuum/ej22t_pcv.gif) 1/2"?

I'd have to double check on those, I'm not 100% sure.

Does anyone know if the September 8th 2004 version of the EJ22T Vacuum Hoses diagram is the most recent? Earlier in the thread, vrg3 mentions making updates a few times?

For replacing the 5.5mm vacuum hose with aftermarket silicon hose, would you guys recommend using 5mm or 6mm? It does not look like 5.5mm is an available size. Same for the 7.5mm. Better to go slightly over or under?

I would recommend 5mm. It'd be a little bit more snug.

Any recommendations on a brand/vendor for silicon vacuum hose? I guess they are not all created equal. Platinum curing, thin wall vs. thick wall...hard to know what's real and and what's real BS.
