Cracked Lines would cause for the crankcase?

poor crankcase ventilation under vacuum. Boost leak under pressure.

I mean will broken PCV lines casuse any issues? the ones in the picture below

It shouldn't really cause any major issues. It could affect idle since your crankcase vent is an "open" loop setup vs. closed loop. The PCV system is tied into the intake, so any leak could allow unmetered air into the intake or out.
