I've got a EJ22T and swapping to grey top 440 injectors, what to i have to change to make fit, do I have to swap the fuel rails too?

Did you try searching? I think this has been covered numerous times but if I recall, you can drop them right in. I think you only need to swap to NA 92-94 rails for 550s. You can PM mike-tracey if you don't find something. Pretty sure he's done it before.

Yes, JDM 440cc grey injectors will fit in stock Turbo Legacy EJ22T fuel rails.
