What are the torque settings for the intake manifold bolts to the top of the heads? I looked on the service manual and couldn't find anything, same with searching the forums.

Beats me but I would guess 12 ft lbs. Just use a short 3/8" ratchet and do it by feel. I only torque internals or wheel lugs.

74 ft-lbs for the wheel lugs.
I'm not sure about the intake manifold bolts.....like the others have said, use a 3/8" ratchet and torque by fell.
