turbo inlet elbow repair

dont know why but my one year old hard to find elbow is splitting at the hard line inlets. can i do a repair with plastic plumbing pieces?

I used some RTV on the insides of my elbow when putting my engine together. It seems to help. Mine was pretty cracked.

i did that so far. but if it gets worse i thought of using hard plastic to fix it or find one not made of rubber

You could spend a couple hundred and go the samco route, but it's too expensive...

Screw that, just make a custom metal elbow, and attach it to the turbo inlet with a silicone coupler.

if its not to pricey i'll invest in one. i'm more upset that i got a year on the elbow and it split already

what all ya use to make that? and where and i get a tmic blow off valve adapter like yours?

Use a q bond. Best stuff out there!!!

so could i use brass fittings and use the q bond to seal things up?
