Hello every one!
I come today with maybe an odd or simple question.
My 93 SS has been converted to a MT now SO i want to make the gauge cluster match.
I know i can just remove the front clear plastic then remove the bezel behind it.
The just slap in the MT bezel and BOOM it covers the AT stuffs.
So here is my problem.......
I found a MT cluster with a nice bezel in it. The only catch is that the temp gauge needle is broken off .........
The temp and fuel gauges are ATTACHED to the bezel!!!!
So i just thought that i could easy remove the temp gauge from the AT bezel.
The problem with that is you need to remove temp gauge needle so carefully from the gauge its not even funny.......
So im at a loose of what to do!
If you under stand what im saying thats great!!!
Thanks
Tom

Re: Cluster bezel swap?
Hi Tom,
Yeah I understand what you're asking and based on my experience with my gauge cluster swap I don't think you can easily remove the temp gauge needle. I've read that people say you can just remove the needles, but I don't think they come off easily without damaging things.
As another option you could try cutting out a piece of the MT bezel to fit in the slot where the AT lights are located. That may be more work than it's worth though.
