Ducktail spoiler questions

Has anyone successfully installed a ducktail spoiler? I found a few on ebay such as one for a 240sx s13, bmw e30. I was wondering if anyone has installed one and could possibly guide me in the right direction

Only person I can think of who put a ducktail on was bmxkelowna. Maybe if you dug through his threads you can see what he did.
