Higher-capacity blower motor?

Post by SWRT »

Has anyone tried putting a higher-capacity blower motor on their legacy? The AC works okay, but it could definitely blow a bit stronger. It's pretty hot here in Florida

Try cleaning the heater core (think I'm calling it the correct name, looks like a radiator kinda), behind the glove box downstream of the blower. I was having problems with my AC & poor air flow that took me in there; I discovered that my poor air flow problems was 24 years of dust, and whatever else got sucked in and couldn't pass through. It is a pain to get into but with a shop vac and a stiff brush I got most of it cleaned with out having to remove too much. The air flow is way better now.
