I don't run the web server on the standard www port 80.

You need to add :8080 after the .com

http://www.main.experiencetherave.com:8080

If your firewall or something else prevents that port....that could be why you can't access things

You could also try

https://www.main.experiencetherave.com

It will be slower, but uses the standard ssl port.

thanks, I think I am locked at work...will try at home.

The other link (https://www.main.experiencetherave.com) just leads me to a page that notes "nothing to really see here"

:)

Josh just wanted to pipe in my thanks especially for the parts manual... I know it's been here for a while, but it's the first time i've seen it.

i can now see somethings that weren't clear before regarding the turbo.

I had some things for a 96 DOHC but nothing nearly as complete as this.

The pdf works really well.

Good stuff man.

If you read the post where they are all listed is says that they must be "right clicked and saved as". These files are too huge to soak up his bandwidth by having people left click them to "view".

Does any one here have or know of a downloadable parts catalog for the second generation Legacy? One that includes the entire car.

I have searched this site and many others and have not been able to find one.

Thanks.

I'm not aware of one. You may be able to find an electronic parts catalog on ebay which would have the info you're wanting.

In case anybody else is interested I found an online catalog. It's easy to navigate and there are many other Subaru models covered. It's not downloadable but, it is a great resource. Here's the link for the start page.

Cheers

Updated the first post to include the complete overseas Liberty service manual. Each section is a separate zip file. I have just bookmarked the main sections and have not bookmarked all the sub-sections.

I can't take credit for scanning all those in, someone on the RS Liberty forum scanned all that and had them as 45 different sections. I just combined them, and added the bookmarks.

Enjoy.

Thanks for all the posts,
I could not identify the particular fusing for the AC control, and the drive was getting too hot
to carry on. Checked your user manual posts, I didnt have any, and the fuse cover under
the panel is written in Japanese. I did locate on the manual and my fan and AC works again.
This is on a 94 legacy SWagon.
Thanks again for the site and the posts.

Here's a link to some general technical reference material. There's quite a bit of good stuff on there, including a copy of the Machinist's Handbook.

I added this in the first post, but I ran across a very extensive collection of factory service manuals. They've got a good amount of newer Subaru stuff and some other manufacturers as well.

Search the internet for "open office," it can open microsoft documents, and is free.

Alternatively, Google Docs can usually open most Office files as well.
