I would like to welcome all new members to the board and I hope you find what you need here, be it info, parts, or even a new vehicle or friend.

I notice a lot of you don't put your location in your profle. I know it is not a requirment but it helps when you want to sell something in the parts shed or ask about service in your area.

It also help to see where all our members are located. Then we know who and who not to invite to local Suby meets.

Welcome fellow lovers of the car known to us as...THE LEGACY.

(and imprezas...don't get your pantys in an uproar NICO)

Word. It will also be useful if a member have any issues that may be climate-related.

Additionally, it helps to have the model and trim level of Legacy in your sig, so when you ask questions you can get specific answers to your vehicle.

And if you have a really nice car with lots of mods, could you just list your home address?

Midnight in a Perfect World on Amazon or order anywhere. The first book in a quartet chronicling the rise of a man from angry criminal to philanthropist. Midnight... is a distopic noirish novel featuring 'Duchess', a modified 1990 Subaru Legacy wagon.

Word. I hate how every damn FS thread needs a second post to be "location?"

It was Jason who proposed the format:

http://bbs.legacycentral.org/viewtopic. ... 6176#16176

It's smart to do it how he suggests, so that a list sorted by location can be actually useful.

Maybe we should all list our ZIP CODE when posting FOR SALE items, since this is what determines shipping.

for sale ads should have the location in the title

ex: FS: EJ22T block (NY)

some people do this kinda stuff, but it would be an awesome rule, makes things SOOOOO much easier

Agreed; the For Sale posts that have locations and specific item(s) in the subject are much easier to look through.
