Change the title at the top of the forum

Instead of reading
"A little forum for the BC-BF Legacy Owners and Fans"

Change it to
"A forum for the 89-94 BC-BF Legacy Owners and Fans"

Many people have no idea what bc-bf means, a year range (that includes overseas models) would help.

I agree that the clarification would be useful.

94 Legacies are BD/BG chassis in some countries, but I think that'll be okay.

Or maybe we could say "A little forum for 1st-generation Legacy owners and fans."
