Regional forum sections...

Post by redlineracer »

Here's one idea....should split up the forum into regional sections, like SoCal, NorCal, Northwest, South, Midwest, Southwest, etc etc etc. It would help section out who's who and where they are from. So just a suggestion for ya.

This isn't NASIOC...

I think one of the cool things about this board it that it isn't split up, because then people don't just start hanging out in their regional section of the board.

splitting everything up regionally will be detrimental to the forum IMHO. This place has a perfectly working layout for a car forum, and if it aint broke don't fix it. Although it would be cool to see more people with where they are from in their signature so we know where everyone is.

This has come up before. It's a good suggestion, but it splits things up, which isn't necessary for a site of this size and member following.

How bout splitting up the parts shed, i would rather buy stuff from the eastcoast rather the west and would make it easier to find parts and cheaper. Thnx!!

If everyone put their location in their profile and/or properly titled their threads, then there wouldn't be a problem in the parts shed, IMO.

It's pretty simple just to ask someone where they are located if it's not posted/known....
