Okay, its not so bad that we cannot attach images to posts.

Its a pain that we have to use these BBCODE buttons.

Now I learn I cant post an image using an FTP site

Here is an example of a string that would work ANYWHERE ELSE

just make it a url.....it'll work just fine....people can click on the links to see the pictures.....it might be nice have them embedded in the posts....but this way works just fine.

BTW.....that link will probably not work for too much longer......I don't like having anonymous ftp access.....

But you can post pics if you have ftp.....you can even do it if you have to have a username and password....even if it's just for people to view pics...you can put that in the address link.

Try it out.....if you have questions....let me know.

Actually, I much prefer when people give links to images as opposed to embedding them in posts (though I've broken that rule a few times). It makes the messages load much more quickly, especially over slow connections, and you can choose which pictures you want to download. This would also lessen the load on whatever server you put the images on.

HEY, hey! Just because I'm on a 28.8k connection at home doesn't mean I'm horribly behind the times or anything

Edit:I am now on a 56k connection. WHEEE! I'm going so fast! Oh you guys have cable? or DSL even? Well that just sucks, I'm still behind the times...
