I wish, I sorta hit a dead end with money for a good while, bought a house, lost a job.. the usual sh** I guess, I've got a new job finally , but yeah, killer hours and rarely a day off. I'm starting to get my life reset, but so far, no time to even knock the dust off my mold.

trust me, I would love to start these up again.

have you considered putting in a "splitter" or support in the middle of the scoop like some of the factory scoops have? I think it makes it look sweet and adds "support"

I did try it with one and then two... it looks okay, but added a whole lot more work, I fabricated em out of 1/8th inch thick six ply weave fiberglass with a poly resin, so it was stronger for sure, but didn't allow the scoop to seat as well to the hood. I should do a bit more research when I get back into it. I'm going to make a small car-sized workshop/room with a fiberglass grinding booth and breathing hood, to keep my skin happy and body unaffected. The laying up is easy, but cutting that crap suuuucks :P

And set it up with temperature control, so I can keep making stuff when it's not exactly sunny and warm completely separate from the house. I tried to do fiberglass in the basement, but holy cow, it was way too smelly, even with exhaust fans going.

That would help a lot... I'm winding up a few projects that pushed this to back burner, I hope to have my shop constructed soon. Oh and a new job happened, so I've just been working as much overtime as possible to build up funding! :)
