R180. Came out of dealer plastics and went onto my legacy. Around 400 miles later this diff decided it was stronger than my trans. I also have the beefier sti axles, knuckles, rotors and a brake conversion on the knuckle that allows usage of non brembo brakes. This was in a rwd subaru so no matching front parts. It's a great setup and I can definitely bundle it all together with brakes and everything. This diff was filled with proper Subaru fluids. The nice thing is for the buyer is that my Subaru blew up right after I did this work. i blew through a multitude of r160 and small axles before the swap. This thing definitely was beefier.
Shoot me a offer. Just the diff. Whole setup. Whatever.

This was used on a 95 legacy.

Also have a 550 robtune. Was on a 2.2t with 20g heads with both a hx35 setup and a vf48. Ran excellent. Make offer.

To clarify, what final drive is your r180 rear diff?
