WTB: 3mm to 4mm Vacuum Tee and Boost Control Assy

Anyone happen to have an extra vacuum/boost tee laying around? This is the tee that sits between the front passenger side intake manifold port and the pressure exchange solenoid. Supplies vac/boost to the aux. purge valve. Part number is 42090AA000 and you can find it as Part #54 on diagram 420-6. Discontinued with Subaru USA.

Would also be interested to pick a spare complete boost control assembly (boost control solenoid, pressure exchange solenoid, pressure sensor and mounting plate) if someone has one to sell.
