WTB vf11 or vf10
Looking to buy a vf11 or vf10 with No-limited shaft play. Also interested in other turbos that would be easy swap for my 94 turbo legacy wagon with 4EAT. Trying to avoid modifications if possible.

I have a stock vf11 sitting boxed on a shelf. PM me if you're interested in it...was in excellent shape when pulled with minimal shaft play.

Hi,
FYI , the VF10 was not installed on the USDM '91-'94 Legacy SS or TW, as some online posts state. All of them used the VF11.......as in 'period'.
The VF11 is the ONLY turbo that is plug and play. Mainly due to its weird angle piping coming off the turbo to the throttle body and that 90° elbow on the compressor side.. Everything else will require modding. SEARCH on here and you'll see.
See this older post comparing a vf11 and vf10: https://bbs.legacycentral.org/viewtopic.php?t=35976 (I had to 'refresh' to get the pics to show).
The '91-'94 USDM Legacy is also the only Subaru after the '80s Loyale/GL/early XT turbos NOT to have an intercooler (TMIC), so that's another reason there are no other options.
