21st Century Performance

Post by boostjunkie »

Well, I finally got my copy of Julian Edgar's 21st Century Performance today. Ordered it from Amazon.com Nov 20th. A quick perusal of the book (not too much time to sit down and really soak it in) I find it very informative. Written in the same manner as the Autospeed articles, Julian tries to simplify explanations without becoming too non-technical.

would you recommend this, because this is on my list, so I don't really want to waste anyone's money if It blows.

There's a lot of interesting information on cheap modifications. Everything from building fcds, mbcs, coolant temp/intake temp sensor mods . . . However, I wonder whether this info is already accounted for in an AutoSpeed subscription. I don't have one so I wouldn't be able to tell ya.

I would recommend this book. At $35 or so at amazon, I'd say it's worth it.
