there jumping rally cars 70 feet
my girlfriend finaly found out that i spent more money and time on my car then her. she was kind pist to say the least.

At last year's jump was way better and took some talent....this jump just took nuts. not near as impressive. anyone could hit a ramp at 90mph if they wanted. weak.

There's a lot more to it than you realize. Then again it also depends on how they built the car and the ramps.

I'm not actually watching it, but you have to consider the landing angle, manipulate the throttle to make sure the car lands flat, and you have to go exactly straight or you'll be landing at some weird angle, which I'm sure you can imagine is not a good thing at 90mph going downhill.

Help me determine how far I have jumped my Legacy -
crazy long google maps url

How far do you think it is from the part of the pavement where it transitions from asphalt to concrete on the second lane from the top until about where the white car is?

Our cars have nearly perfect weight balance. I tried the reverse side of this jump in my Del Sol (DOHC VTEC YO) and it was scary. I went slow the first time and still ended up coming down on the nose and had a rough time keeping the car under control.
