Olympus Rally

I'll be volunteering as a worker again this year. Great way to see the event. Made my reservation at the host hotel in Ocean Shores, the Best Western Lighthouse Inn and Suites. Would be fun to see some of you out there. Should be interesting to see Ken Block in his Ford.

Hey I'll try and make it out there again too. Neat meeting you at that Subway, too bad I didn't have time to really chat.

Perhaps a corresponding LC mini-meet is in order?

Subway, breakfast and lunch of Rally Spectating Champions.

Having a meet at the Olympus Rally is a great idea.

Was thinking about volunteering this year, watched in Oregon last year, you get a lot better views as a volunteer

Figureing out the cost off the trip, camping, and getting the days off from work.

Did this same trip last year but dont remember how much it cost. We bummed it and slept in my buddies OBS in the walmart parking lot haha it was worth it though.

Also met Kleinkid (John) last year...dont know if he remembers me though.

I already have a reservation at the headquarters hotel. Someone could probably put a sleeping bag down on the floor.

They changed the headquarters hotel for the Olympus Rally, which is April 24 and 25. Ocean Shores, not Aberdeen.
I just made my reservation there, top floor, ocean side, two queen beds. Best Weatern Lighthouse Suites and Inn, Ocean shores. I will be going to Ocean Shores on Friday, 23 April. If anyone wants to share the room, I have it for Friday the 23rd, checking out Monday April 26 a.m. I don't want to rush home after the rally finish banquet, on Sunday evening. Volunteers, and participants, get into the official party on Saturday and the banquet on Sunday free. Subaru usually sponsors and sometimes the food is really good. Let me know if you want to share the room, has to be firm commitments, don't want any backing out at the last minute. Don't forget to volunteer at the Olympus Rally website, or Pacific Rally Group.

Just volunteered for Friday-Sunday. John I'll take you up on that offer if it's still available. This is gonna be awesome! Only thing remotely similar I've done is volunteered at the California Speedway back in the day, I was stuck guarding the back entrance, but that's where all the celebs came in, and I "met" (briefly) quite a few of them.

I'm sure the Brooklyn stage will be part of the Olympus Rally.

Looks like my hotel room is fully occupied for the race weekend. We'll be looking out for LegacyCentral mofo's there in Ocean Shores!

Does anybody know what day they'll be in brooklyn? I see absolutely no information mentioning brooklyn on the olympus site.

I still need to request the day off but I need to know what day it is first.
