Hesitation. what's next?

With the recent 15 degree drop outside my car is running horrible now. All summer long it was running great with no hesitation or bogging. Since it’s in the 60’s it’s a constant bog and hesitation. Am I running too rich??? Any ideas would be wonderful. When I’m at 80mph+ it still runs great…. But bellow that it’s a dog.

Here is a list of what I have already replaced with in the last year.


Full tune-up (fuel filter,pvc,plugs and wires and all that good stuff)
New timing belt
New water pump
Transmission power flush
UR Pulley
MBC and boost gauge at 9lbs of boost
Oil changes
Multiple engine grounding points
