This fall I lowered my car and I've noticed that when I go over a
bump my car sort of jumps up and down. I dont mind it but my
passengers do. Is thier a way to fix this problem?

Lowering KIt
Could it be that the lowering kit you purchased has spring rates that
are too high?
It may be that your shocks arent dampening enough of the rebound.

Well....without knowing the kit or too much else......I'd say ciper hit your problem on the head.
That is the most common problem with the bouncy bouncy effect you see on hondas.....not enough damping to control the springs.
So in short.....you need new struts.
What springs/lowering kit did you use, what is it...etc. Also....do you have the stock struts? aftermarket struts....what mileage you have.
