Buying a 92 Legacy Turbo

I'm looking at buying a 1992 Legacy Turbo and have seen one with 172K
on the clock and in good condition. The asking price is $9500
Canadian. Is that too much?

172,000 miles or Km? Either way, nearly $6k US sounds steep, unless its had some very nice work done... Does KBB.com work for Canadian book values?

Way steep!! If in good condition, should at most be a
little below 2k. I'm thinking in AMerican dollars
here.
