Anyone know the size, thread pitch and diam, of the bolt for the drain pan
on a 1993 Subaru Legacy?

The wrench size that fits it is 17mm. Not sure about the thread pitch or diameter.
If you're looking to replace it.....I believe they are pretty standard.

Nah, that'll do. As it happens, I have an Oil pan plug from a 1986 Supra
that was 17mm, and I'm willing to bet that the thread pitches are the same.

Same as sump plug.
