Just an FYI for people whom have done a auto to 5mt swap and adding a remote start.

the wireing talked about in previous threads do not work in our applications if the steps you took when wiring it were followed on Joshes site (legacy777).

The wire you are looking for is on the plug for the key lock module you unplugged. It's black and will show 12v when it's in gear and nothing when in neutral. Problem with this is there is no ground return to the switch anymore due to us cutting the ecu wire.

So this is how you safely install a remote starter in a 5mt swapped leggy. you need to tap into your brake and neutral switch and diode isolate them, then connect them to your brake shutdown of your alarm.
