Quick pinout help

Hey i cant find it in the service manual. Im looking for the wire codes for the turbo o2 sensor.

My assumption is as follows, correct me if im wrong:
Red - Heater +12v
White - Signal
Black - Heater ground
93 SS 5MT - TD05H-16G, 06 TMIC, Walbro, Zeitronix WB-02 - Scrapped too much rust
91 SS AT
97 Outback - Prodrive quick rack, DMS 40

That sounds right.
