upping boost after rebuild

That spinning thing that makes all of the cool noises. OE and Aftermarket.

how many miles should i put on the rebuilt motor before upping the boost

Most do about 1000 break in miles, I did on my motor.

and after i raise the boost a lil should i run a colder plug

others can chime in
hot or cold plugs
colder plug result in missing

it did thanks. i plan to go to 11 or 12 psi so i think my reg plugs should be ok

Regular plugs will be fine. I run stock plugs and stock gap at 18psi with absolutely no issues.

Yes, just use the normal plugs. There's no need to go to a colder plug.
