Easiest way to have 20 psi in an EJ22T?

I have an EJ22T in my bug and I was wondering what would be the easiest way to get 20 psi? I understand that the ECU will not like any more than 10 psi and so, what would be the best ecu to use and what need I in order to do this. Thanks in advance.

I didn't really ever keep up on what guys were doing to tune these cars. I think maybe link or vipec make something that will work? Otherwise I would probably buy an AEM EMS4 and build an adapter harness. They're pretty resonably priced.

Then you would need;
Bigger turbo (at least a vf34)
bigger injectors
bigger intercooler
downpipe
fuel pump
boost control solenoid
good tune

Well, if you don't want to blow up the engine anyway.

And a different MAF with higher resolution and top end, or tune to MAP if your badass

Put the smallest turbo you can find in there. Then you probably won't break anything.

22t, 20h dohc heads, 440 injectors, stock ecu, vf39, fcd.

I ran 20lbs on that setup. It did fine for me, but all cars are different. It was "better" than a 2.5l wrx.

Even with the TD04, and those mods the car was fun. I did go thru a few fuel cut defenders tho.

Well, after having talked to a guy with Megasquirt on his RX-7,

I plan on:
MegaSquirt PNP
MAF delete
Phenolic spacers
air/water intercooler
turbo upgrade (VF-39)
440 injectors
Already have a short 3" intake pipe, header and a short 3" exhaust.

This goes in my Super Beetle which stock is 1918 lbs and, I have stripped my interior.

Go for the STI yellowtop sidefeed 550cc injectors in EJ22 N/A rails. The 440s won't be enough fuel for your goals.

To clarify, you need the 92-94 non-turbo EJ22 n/a rails.
