I ended up picking one of these up today. I don't really need one, but found a smoking deal on it. They normally go for $299, 58cycle.com has it for $215 shipped. I just couldn't pass it up. The SD media card does not come with it, but still a good deal.

Those are pretty cool. I've seen some cool videos done on those and the quality is actually quite good.

love mine we use them all the time for our drifting videos
we shoot everything at 720 60fps since vimeo is only 720 aways and then we can get some really clear slow mo with the 60frames

215 with the motorsports kit a a wicked deal for sure, i might have to buy a second one

What do you use to edit your video? I really haven't done much with video editing, and have been keeping my eye out for some good/easy to use software.

i dont do the editing for our driftunion videos, my friend shawn does and he uses final cut pro for the mac

I've been using Serif's MoviePlus X3 for editing, it's a decent, inexpensive editing program for PC. I have a Tachyon helmet cam that takes pretty good video, taken it skiiing & surfing and a few paintball sessions.

I used avidemux because it lets you edit the raw h264. To do really detailed editing I think you need to covert to another format first.
