SOS! NEED HELP!

Post by Redlined »

So... sold Angel to Dynamic Entry. He called me and said She had died while at an Idle and wouldn't restart and he is out of town!

Interestingly, The Check Engine light does not come on. I thought the engine light came on when you turned on the ignitiion till the car actually started.

Ideas? Thoughts? Anyone have something similar happen? Please help!

Thanks in advance!
Dave

Pull the codes. Connect the black connectors under the dash and see what it says. Check wiring at the cam, crank and maf sensor connectors. They break easily and it won't run without them.

Fuel pump was my first thought. But wouldnt the Ceck engine light turn on with the ignition on?

Dynamic said He tried to pull the codes and still didnt get the CEL light.

So.... either the CEL went out (very coincidental timing) or... the ECU?
