I'd have to agree with Laurel and the others in that June or even later would be better for an Oregon camping adventure. Whatever it ends up being, we should set it in stone pretty early and get reservations in advance for the camping end of things. Spots can fill up quickly at the car camping sites. I'm probably going to be incorporating some skate spot missions along the way up and back, so that'll factor in when I arrive/leave. A three day weekend would be great for something like this so we can all hang out and not stress about leaving the next day.

I'm interested. Just gotta firm up dates so I know when to be there. . .
Camping in the car is easy, just fold the back seats down. . .

If my car actually RUNS by then, I'm down. Heck, I may be on the run from teh l4\/\/m3n by that time, so I might be camping anyhow...
I'll keep an eye on this thread for dates, though.

Oh, and as far as food goes, I read this really cool thing on a sushi party ..who'd like to roll their own sushi? It's kinda funky, definitly fun, and healthy! (I'm sure someone other than me will be rolling other things, as well, though :D )
Anyone piqued?

I don't have a problem with june but I just figured the memorial day weekend would be better with it being a 3 day anyway. If you guys feel better with june 18-20 that's fine. I just would like to get some dates set.

it's lookin like we're at about 10 people. Coolio.

Hmmm, leave on friday to get there. Get there late friday and find campgrounds. Dyno, BBQ, and Kart on saturday. Disc golf, kickback and campfire on sunday. Pack up and leave for home on monday. Does that sounds good to everyone? I guess that's 17-20 then.

I'll be driving on my own then, it appears.

[edit] I MIGHT be able to take off Sunday. . . but I'd have to leave for home no later than 11:30-ish Monday morning to make it to work . . . [/edit]

Milo McIver is looking like the park we're staying at. As far as prices I will ask.

That might work for me, I might be able to take some vacation time then. Another factor for me would be if I still have my car, I might need to sell it so I can afford a Toyota Land Cruiser. I would probally look funny showing up in a Land Cruiser, unless I can talk my brother in going in his SS.

Okay, the price for the dyno is $95 for three runs (AWD). 2WD is cheaper at $75 for three runs. The price for tuning is $125/hr. If anyone wants to be tuned talk to Kelley and tell him about your car.

So does June 18th-20th work for everyone? You don't have to be there all the days but that's when it's being planned for.

Or start this on Friday. . . . I could just go in a little late on Sunday if I had to.

Either way, I know majority rules, so I'll have to do whatever. . .
