Getting the correct voltage fluctuations from cam and crank sensors. Cam voltage at ecu but nothing it getting to the ecu from the crank sensor. Harness for crank sensor is a mess and looks like shit.

You might want to consider running a new shielded wire set.

Could I run it straight from the connector to the ECU and delete the stock crank sensor Harness?

Same here. I stripped all the tape from the harness connector back into the main harness and found all this. How do I repair it with shielding?

How does the wiring check out back to the ECU? Does it all have 0 ohms or are there issues?

If there are issues, then the easiest thing to do would be to use some new shielded wire to the ECU to replace the run of wire from the ECU to the crank sensor connector.

Between the connector and the ecu harness I get no continuity at 4 and 5 but at 6 (ECU) I get 0 ohms between it and #3 of the connector which is correct but I get resistance at #6 (ECU) from 1 and 2 of the connector so the wires are touching where they shouldn't be.

Would this work for the wire?
Yes that will work.

Based on your last post I'd just replace the existing wire with this. I think that'll be the easiest route long term.

Nothing. Going to try and find cam and crank sensors to try that since we are not getting the "correct" signal according to alldata

So you still aren't getting the correct signal to the ECU from the crank & cam sensors?
