I hunted for a long time to build the right shell. Thankfully we don't use salt so true Montana cars usually stay rust free. We happen to see more wrecked cars then rusty ones. This one is a survivor for sure. :-)

Here is another angle on the multiple pulls I did with the v4 sti ra. The v4 is a dccd 5mt 20k. His true JDM ecu runs hot on our 91 octane. I was running 112 octane race fuel at about 17psi :-)

I'd think the car would run cooler on 91, if anything from the pulled timing/knock correction.

Im mmucho jealous of how clean that thing is. In the future I will definitely be on the hunt for a clean shell to build as my DD (assuming I can stay out of the rust belt for the rest of my life) and make my TW a race car that I wont cry about getting a little banged up.

Apexi AFCneo, aa200 blue label jecs (svx) and bumped up fuel psi.. Ignition cuts at 23psi or I'd run more (she's happy at 22)

Today's adventure was due to the blitz bov not being able to move enough air, so I added a second! (Also recirc'd)

Nice setup with the dual BOV's. Did you buy or fabricate that piece yourself?

I should be thinking the same thing, but I cannot afford a 6 speed lol.

I broke down and installed 4.11 gears in my turbo trans. So at the very least I can always go grab any n/a trans and sap the gears out again.

You guys and your broken trannies ;) Then again I've experienced (but not verifiably caused) the deaths of 3 turbo engines... :(
