Are you still on the legacy ej20g heads?

If you could find some ej20k heads on the cheap, they are a worthy upgrade. Either kind revs all day!

I like the early heads. Might not make as much power but nothing can compare to that growl.

You might also have the group-a style headers that I've been casually searching for. They produce great sound. I don't doubt that your heads also contribute however.

here is a comparison: (replace USDM with "non group-a style stock headers")

You can see how the JDM manifold is larger and has more runner length.
