IS ANYONE BUILDING A BIG HOOD SCOOP FOR OUR CARS????
is the only option a newer scoop?? or do i have to get my buddy from magnolia hifi to make a nice 1 mabye 2 or 3?? :lol:

No, I think that one is a civic only application :-D

You have Laurels old car? She'll track you down and kill you in your sleep if you put a big scoop on it, lol

:lol: probably have my friend make a nice fiberglass one so it will bolt in place perfectly... nothin tooo big.. i have a '04 tmic in it now and i need the right blowoff valve for it... if any thoughts i would much appreciate.

lots of modding for a WRX one to fit.
Horsepower is horsepower, the label on the box doesnt matter.

I simply modified a stock scoop, by enlarging it 3/8". Bolts right in and looks "factory" which is what I'm after. Opening size is similar to a gen 2 Outback/GT scoop.

i have a ver7 sti scoop fitted,looks alot more aggressive than the stock 1

the wrx one works well if your not afraid of taking a cut off tool to your car. Conveniently for me, I'm not afraid of taking a cut off wheel to my car :)

Find one of these for $45, and cut out the scoop hole with a razor. I can't remember the brand for the life of me, but I got it at Autozone, it's a self-stick fakie made of ABS, comes with no hole in it, but it fits perfect and works like a charm.
(I added the mesh later on...)

i had a 02ish WRX scoop on my old car i think it looks good, keeping a sleeper look to it
1991 Subaru Legacy SS 5MT: Revtronix Stage 2 Set-up with a few other "tasteful" mods :D
