Thanks! To do the 90 turbo out I used the original charge pipe and cut it at the correct angle and diameter to mate up to the exhaust piping. The charcoal canister is still there just out of the frame. The coolant tank fits perfectly between the canister and the air box. I made a bracket and fixed it using a mounting point on the ABS. I actually had the "mug" mod done but ended up breaking it while doing the ic install. I'll be redoing it soon.

right after the 90, is that pipe 2"? if so is the in side of the intercooler 2" also?
