I know one of our members has one of those cars, maybe he'd be interested. We never got TT's here, although 2nd gen JDM Legacy's are now becoming legal to own in Canada.

Are those the intercoolers with a duel inlet on one end tank, to a single on the other side?

People always talked smack about how the EJ20H and EJ20R were terrible and that Suabru TT setup sucks, this that and the other thing. I just think that there is huge potential there for awesomeness and no one that really had any vision ever got ahold of one to tune it right, or just lacked the funds to do it correctly.

if you could get ahold of a factory car with it already setup then that woulds be awesome. I know somoene managed to get the TT swapped and even was able to make it remain LHD somehow, I didn't believe it until I saw a picture of it and I still have no idea how they got it to work with the steering joint to fit with the turbo.....i'll see if I can hunt down that thread.

A guy near me has a 1997 JDM GTB legacy (cut in half and re-welded lol!). It is SLOW! My SS with the Z4 ecu (260chp/td05/440's) could keep up with it no problem, and destroy it off the line. Now with my Robtune I absolutely annihilate his car. His is running pretty well as far as we can tell, and dynoed 220whp. Real nice car.

Without a tune I guess TT's would be impressive to people used to are used to n/a's, but both my experiences with them left me wanting...

I bought a complete EJ20h from a buddy locally with the plan to convert it to single turbo which I did. I was amazed on the insane amount of vacuum lines, it has 4 or 5 plugs that have 4 or 5 vacuum lines per plug designed as a vacuum harness almost that plug into a vacuum box or whatever you want to call it. It also came with a custom downpipe for the left side turbo to clear in LHD car. I guess he got it from a guy that had it in an old Brat. There is a ton of other crap that is specific for the twin turbos I had to tear off.

I've still got both twin turbos and downpipes and header. Waiting for a buyer...no I'm not shipping it all.

Haha, I have the same for sale, lol. I honestly don't expect to sell it all anytime soon though since they only appeal to a small crowd.

Yup been for sale for years. Paper weights. Nobody wants twin turbo and I don't blame them. Keep it simple is my motto.
