Feeler 91 Leg SS For Sale

I'm ready to leave Subaru land. I built my car to fight with traffic to get around town and have fun on the twisties in the SF Bay Area. It was absolutely great at both but now I live in Phoenix with the grid system and no twisties so its a solution in search of a problem. It bums me out because this car is a lot of fun in its native environment. I really want to sell everything as a package but I have no idea what it is worth. Arizona really isn't Subaru country so I would be willing to meet half way depending on where.
What Ive got:
91 Legacy Turbo, located in Phoenix AZ
172k Miles
5 Speed
Body:
Stripped interior (Sound deadening removed, only dash, door cards, and seat remain)
My insanely good budget brake setup:
06 WRX red 4/2 pots
Carbotech AX6 pads %70 left
Stoptech SS lines
GC single diaphragm booster
Grimmspeed MC brace
2.5 RS 6 spokes
Drivetrain:
ACT race flywheel with GDA WRX OEM Exedy clutch and PP
Torque solutions engine and trans mounts
Koyo radiator
GDA WRX shifter w/ kartboy and some noname bushings.
Extra Parts (not installed)
Apexi Power FC for V1-2 GC WRX
Patch harness for ECU so ignition can be changed from COP to wasted spark with out cutting the engine harness.
VF8 Turbo in good shape
Injectors (idk which ones, they have gray connectors) with fuel rails, came with the turbo.
Bad stuff:
Passenger rear fender is a bit wrinkled from being bumped in a parking lot
A little bit of rust at the bottom of the front fenders, otherwise there is little rust.
The car leaks or consumes a bit of coolant, I am not sure which
The car leaks and consumes a bit of oil
The transmission is tired of being a transmission. It shifts okay when it's cold, but when it warms up you have to shift slow or double clutch (I double clutch). I'm running neo oil in it now which helped a little.
The sunroof doesn't drain and the switches went wonky so I leave it closed and embrace the cold shower.
The rear quarter window pieces started flapping around so I took them off, I have them both.
Paint on rear spoiler is pretty much gone.
Turbo to throttle body pipe is starting to fall apart and leaks (whistles) when the car is cold.
Price: I am thinking around $2500 but open to offers.
