FS 94 legacy ss/ feeler

I have a 1994 subaru legacy ss. It has 217k miles the engine runs. Auto transmission. Needs, tires and body work. As far as the condition of the turbo in it and eveything is unknown. I have had the car since 2007 and it was my first car. I dont have a huge amount of time to wprk on it. What im doing posting is here is im curious what its worth. I have had 3 offers from 500-900. Im curious if that is reasonable for the amount of body work needed. I have a guy that has first dibs if i decide to sell in the long run i just want to make sure i get a fair deal on it.
