I'm completely at a loss at the moment with this car. I just recently bought it and not long after it through a code with a super rough idle. Code 14 injector one so as any normal person would do I replaced injector one. To my dismay the code and rough idle still remains. This is what else I've checked and done so far, I hope someone can help
-replaced spark plugs
-replaced wires
-new fuel filter
-oil change and oil filter
-cleaned MAF sensor
-checked compression (perfect compression)
-checked timing (good)
-checked resistance to injector (good)
-checked continuity to injector (good)
-checked purge solenoid (good)
-checked fuel pressure regulator (good I believe)
I'm at a total loss and just want to get it through inspection and running good to enjoy it.

You may very well have bad injector wiring. If you went ahead and replaced the injector and performed all of the above, you need to check the wiring for that injector. Inspect the plug, make sure the wires going into it don't look broken or exposed. You need to check the continuity & ground for that injector, here is a pinout of the ECU. Plug F47/Pin 13 is the injector, F47.24 and F47.23 are injector grounds as well. Make sure the ground on the back of the manifold is tight. The ECU is located underneath the driver side dash, to the left. It's held in by two gold 10mm nuts.

Great I'll try that I only tested continuity from the engine harness plug to the plug to the injector. I have yet to try from the ecu!

The other thing I'd suggest is running the car in d-check mode (green connectors only) to see if the same code comes up.

Update!
Finally got the solution to what my issue is after realizing my laps in memory I realized I was plugging both the green and black connector making the CEL blink 5 times and misjudging it as code 14. After realizing I only needed to plug the black connector I finally got the right codes which oh boy were there a bunch, six to be exact!
14 (injector 1)
15 (injector 2)
16 (injector 3)
17 (injector 4)
35 (Purge solenoid valve)
49 (Mass air flow)
I still am amazing the thing runs with all this but I will soon be replacing the Mass air flow sensor and purge solenoid valve and see if all the codes and rough idle disappears since I believe the injectors are only throwing codes due to the other two codes!

Yeah, there are likely some bogus codes in there, so I recommend clearing the codes and see what comes back. Also, try running just the green connectors to see what comes up.

Update
So after a couple months of loosing my mind on testing what is wrong i broke down and got a smoke test done. While testing it suddenly the smoke started bellowing from runner one of the intake manifold. The intake manifold was cracked!

Since then the car has run great! Now finally time to start on some small upgrades, thanks everyone for there help it was much appreciated!
