Who's done it? What sized injectors did you use? What else should I know?

I know there's been some that have done it, but the ones I've read of were on nowhere near stock builds. Search for E85 in the Google search, should bring up some stuff. AFAIK on our cars it requires a standalone.

Standalone ECU, 550cc at the minimum, larger fuel pump, and more boost...that is how I do it.

I figured 550 would be too small. I've got the pump (walboro 340) and the stand alone (power fc). I've got a TD05 and I want to run 22psi, but at that CFM(about 535) I can't figure out what sized injectors to use. I've also heard you need to change plugs.

550cc are the minimum I was able to run. I believe they maxed out at 18psi on a vf39.

I would go 850-1000cc injectors. It's always better to run 70% duty then 90% duty on the injectors.

I think I run one step colder plugs.

Is that 22psi on stock internals or did you forge?
