Miss Fire Cylinder #3

Post by thatsme87 »

On my Subaru with the 2.2 liter engine it has a misfire on cylinder number 3 the only code it's throwing is a misfire on cylinder number 3 when the check engine light is flashing it seems to do it largely while trying to go up a hill are between 25 and 35 miles per hour otherwise I don't seem to notice it much any thoughts on this would be awesome

Is this a 1st gen legacy? Auto or manual? What check engine codes come up when you check? Is it possibly the PWR light instead of check engine?

So the check engine light flashes when it's missing but the only code it shows is a miss fire on cylinder #3 no other information shows up on the scan tool from autozone. It's a four door coup legacy not sure what you mean by gen. Automatic transmission
